Summer can be full: full schedules, full calendars, full days in the heat and motion of life. This mini retreat is your invitation to step out of that pace for a while and return to something quieter.

Summer Ease is a 2-hour restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system and create space for rest, presence, and gentle enjoyment. Through slow, accessible movement, deeply supported restorative yoga, guided meditation, and a soothing sound bath, you’ll be held in an environment where nothing is required of you.

This is not about doing more.
It’s about allowing yourself to experience ease.

We’ll move slowly, rest deeply, and take time to simply be, with a quiet tea break and optional journaling to help you reconnect with what feels good and supportive in this season.

Leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more present, not because you pushed, but because you paused.
