Class Descriptions

FLOW

Flow classes start with a gentle warm up, leading up to a brisker, breath-to-movement pace. You’ll build strength, increase mobility, and get a little bit of cardio in! Also known as Power or Vinyasa classes, these flows will get you moving and grooving and exploring your edge.

Slow/beginner stretch

These classes are great for any level of practitioner—we can all benefit from slowing down a little! Slow Stretch classes are a great place for beginners to start—many of the poses are seated or reclined, and lots of options are offered for those who may have injuries or mobility issues.

Pilates Mat

Get your booty, legs, and core a killer workout with Pilates Mat! No special equipment needed (although you could certainly add resistance bands and hand weights if you want!). This high energy class is adaptable for all levels of experience—give it a shot!

Restorative yoga

Restorative yoga is often lovingly referred to around the studio as “grown up nap time.” The practice is intentionally very slow, allowing lots of time for introspection, relaxation, and space to just BE. You’ll use lots of props in this class, so grab some blocks, blankets, pillows—whatever can help you get cozy!

CYOGA

cYoga classes are intelligently sequenced to work toward more challenging peak poses. Each class has a theme (such as back bends, hip openers, twists, etc.), and the entire class guides you towards deeper exploration of your practice. Inversions are always included in cYoga, so be ready to get upside down!
