Accessible Yoga: Chair Yoga Teacher Training

A 10-Hour Continuing Education Certification
June 27-28th, 2026

You don’t need more advanced poses to become a better teacher.
You need the skills to help more people feel safe in their bodies.

Chair yoga is one of the fastest growing areas of yoga—in schools, senior communities, recovery settings, and workplaces—yet most teachers were never trained how to teach it well.

This program will change that.

You’ll learn how to confidently guide a full, meaningful yoga class for students who:
• can’t get up and down from the floor
• are healing from injury
• live with chronic pain
• feel intimidated by traditional classes
• or simply need a gentler way to practice

And you’ll discover something surprising: Chair yoga isn’t a watered-down practice.
It’s a deeply therapeutic, intelligent, and connection-focused form of yoga.

Why Chair Yoga Matters

There are many people who believe yoga is not for them.

They are too stiff.
Too nervous.
Too injured.
Too old.
Too out of shape.

Chair yoga is often the first time they realize:

“I can do this.”

It might be the most impactful class you teach.
