HANDSTAND CONDITIONING SERIES

 
 

SUNDAYS MAY 19, MAY 26, JUNE 2, AND JUNE 9

Continue to improve your handstands during this 4 week series. We'll explore a number of warm ups, drills, and cool downs (aside from lots of handstand practice!) that will leave you feeling stronger and lighter when going upside down. Participants should bring socks to each session. 

Sessions are limited to 10 students to maximize individual attention and feedback. Sold as a series, however, if space remains, individual drop ins may be available. 4 session series is $200 for members, $240 for non-members. If available, drop ins are $60/session for members and $65/session for non-members.
