Join Emma as we explore Pranayama or breath work. Our breathing plays a critical role in the regulation of our nervous system. By utilizing specific breathing exercises, we can calm ourselves, energize our bodies, focus our minds, and more! 

This class is appropriate for all levels, including those new to breath work. If you are pregnant, please let your instructor know before class begins as some breathing exercises may need to be modified or skipped.
