Small group session: INVERSIONS
Sunday, June 9, 4:30pm-5:45pm with Katy
Learn how to get more comfortable upside down! We'll practice inversions and other core building exercises to help you gain confidence on your hands, forearms, or head. This class is limited to 6 students to allow for lots of individual attention and assistance. You must be registered via MindBody in advance to attend (click “book now” below). Class is $30 per person.
