Small group session: Balance

Small group sessions are limited to 6 students to give more hands on attention--you must sign up in advance via MindBody (click “book now” below) in order to attend. This small group session will focus on standing balance postures, such as warrior III, airplane, tree, eagle, standing splits, and others based on group interest and requests. Come with any questions or balance poses you'd like to work on!
