Timea’s authentic passion for a positive, holistic lifestyle is contagious.  Her classes have a themed focus on presence, core strength, and synthesizing breath with movement. Timea combines her yoga and life practice of riding horses to help individuals evolve with more connection, balance, and fluidity. Joining presence, core strength, and body awareness, she strives to create flexibility, neutral balance, and dynamic movement with ease for yogis, riders, and horse alike.  Timea embodies health, vitality, fluidity, and flow with authenticity, and her goal is to cultivate this on the mat in a way that is powerful enough to translate it into everyday life.
